Our Vision is to multiply 25 disciple-making micro-churches and 100 leaders from the seashores of British Columbia to the big skies of Manitoba over the next 10 years.

Our Strategy is to discover, develop, and deploy Jesus-centred mission leaders with a passion to grow their leadership skills and participate in church multiplication.

We focus on growing leaders with deeply formed Christlike character, calling, and competencies for Christian leadership and ministry. We equip YOU to better know God, yourself, and your unique contribution in the kingdom of Christ.

S2S staff provide on-the-job training, assessment, coaching, and spiritual formation opportunities which may be applied to licensing, ordination, or for academic credit.
